What to send where
- Corrections: Found an error in a guide or an out-of-date price in a review? Email with the page URL and, if you have it, a source link. These get priority and are handled under our corrections policy.
- Topic requests: A ranking problem our guides do not cover yet? Tell us — the cluster map grows from reader questions.
- Feedback: A guide that worked (or did not) for your site is genuinely useful data for refreshes.
What we cannot help with
We do not offer SEO consulting, site audits, or done-for-you services, and we cannot review individual readers' websites. The guides in Why Your Articles Aren't Ranking are written to be the next best thing: a self-diagnosis you can run yourself.
Please do not send guest-post pitches, link-placement offers, or press releases — they are not read and never published.
Corrections: what happens next
A correction email goes to the front of the queue. We check the claim against the source you provide (or find the authoritative source ourselves), fix the article if the correction holds, and — for anything substantive — note the correction and its date at the foot of the article. If we believe the original text was right, we will reply with the source we relied on, so the disagreement is about evidence rather than assertion. Either way, you will hear back.
Review requests
Vendors and readers may suggest tools for review. Read this before sending one, because our criteria are unusual and we would rather be clear than popular:
- Reader relevance comes first. We review tools our audience — bloggers and small site owners — actually uses or asks about. Enterprise suites and tools without public pricing are unlikely to be covered.
- Reviews are research-based. We work from your public pricing, documentation, and terms, cross-checked against independent reviews. We do not claim hands-on testing we have not done.
- No fees, no guarantees. There is no charge for a review, and requesting one does not guarantee coverage, a publication date, or a favourable verdict. Several reviews here conclude that most readers should not buy the tool.
- No previews, no edits. Vendors do not see reviews before publication and cannot request wording changes. Factual corrections after publication are welcome — with a link to your documentation — and are handled under the corrections policy like anyone else's.
To request a review, email the product name, its public pricing page URL, and one sentence on which of our readers it serves. That is all we need; decks and demos are not required.
Topic requests and feedback
The cluster map grows from reader questions. If a ranking problem is not covered, describe the symptom as concretely as you can — what you published, what Search Console shows, what you have already tried. Concrete requests are far more likely to become guides, and the diagnosis guide is the best place to check first, because the answer is often already there in a different shape. Feedback on whether a guide worked for your site is equally valuable: refresh decisions are made from exactly that kind of evidence.
Response times, honestly
This is a small, independently run site, not a support desk. We read everything, but replies can take several days, and some categories — guest-post pitches, link requests, unsolicited services — receive no reply at all, as stated above. If your message is a factual correction, it will be acted on fastest when it includes the page URL and a source link. Email you send is used only to respond to you; it is never sold, shared, or added to a marketing list (we do not have one). See the privacy policy for detail.
Frequently asked questions
How quickly will I get a reply?
Corrections are prioritised and usually actioned within a few days. Other messages are read but may take longer; this is a small independent site, not a support desk, and guest-post or link pitches receive no reply.
Can I pay to have my tool reviewed, or to speed it up?
No. Reviews cannot be bought, expedited for a fee, or guaranteed a positive verdict. Requests are free, coverage is decided by reader relevance, and several reviews here recommend against buying the tool.
Do you accept guest posts or link placements?
No. ArticlesRanker does not publish guest posts, paid links, or sponsored content, and those pitches are not read. If you have found an error, though, we genuinely want to hear it — corrections are the fastest route into the inbox.
Can you check my website and tell me why it is not ranking?
We do not review individual readers' websites — there is no audit service, free or paid. The diagnosis guide, Why Articles Don't Rank, was written to be the self-service version of that audit: five causes, a fifteen-minute routine, and a fix for each. Readers who run it and still find something our guides miss are exactly who the topic-request inbox is for.
